Maverick worked with Compass to design youth-forward food concepts that balanced health, taste, and cultural relevance, aligned with their “WITY” approach: best-in-class and exclusive
We worked closely with Compass on the PARIVARTAN project, developing 16 unique food concepts tailored specifically for Gen Y and Gen Z audiences. This included designing logos and menus for each concept, aligning with the brand’s WITY approach—“best in class” and “exclusivity.”
Our strategy combined deep demographic insights with culinary creativity, resulting in food concepts that were both trend-forward and brand-aligned. By focusing on innovation, relevance, and experience, we helped Compass deliver a fresh, engaging food narrative that resonated with the evolving preferences of a new generation.
